H.M.S. Pinafore 2012

This presentation of H.M.S. Pinafore was The Gilbert & Sullivan Very Light Opera Company and the Minneapolis Pops Orchestra fifteenth joint concert together at the Lake Harriet Bandshell, since first doing so together in 1995. The weather was typical for mid-July … hot and humid … but the large audiences in attendance, fortified by ice cream, appeared thoroughly to enjoy the performances!
