Starting next week Monday, February 27th we are at Howard Conn Performing Arts Center located in the Plymouth Congregational Church.

Rehearsals will start promptly at 7:00. The theater will be opened by atleast 6:30, if not earlier. Please arrive early and be in the theater ready to go at 7:00. For Monday’s rehearsal, please have a seat in the house at the top of rehearsal so we can go over a few details about our new space.
Please note that for rehearsals you may park in the attached parking lot – please be sure you are not parking in a business spot/handicap spot/assigned parking. There are also spots on the street to park on and a lot kitty-corner from the church off off Franklin and Blaisdell.

Greetings Cast of Patience!
On behalf of Bob Neu, the Stage Director and Marina Liadova the Music Director, I’d like to say how delighted we are to have you on board for our production of Patience.
Please take a moment and read through this email as much of it will be applicable to both new and old members to the company.
FIRST REHEARSAL
Please note our first rehearsal will be on Monday, January 16th at 7:30.
Rehearsals will be at Lake Harriet Methodist Church – the same location we had auditions at. The church is located at 49th and Chowen, in Minneapolis. For our first rehearsal, we will be downstairs in the “Fellowship Hall” located in the basement.
PERFORMANCES
Performances will be at the Howard Conn Fine Arts Center, at Plymouth Congregational Church, located at 1900 Nicollet Avenue South, in Minneapolis. We will start rehearsing in that space on Monday, February 27th.
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
Chorus rehearsals will begin promptly at 7:30 PM on Mondays and 7:00 PM on Thursdays and will run until 10:00 PM. Please note that the Directors can call the Chorus to rehearse on Tuesdays, if necessary.
Principal rehearsals will be scheduled by the Directors, and will generally occur on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 10:00 PM and Saturdays, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Principals will be added to the Monday and Thursday rehearsals, as necessary.
Please see the attached schedule for a current breakdown of our rehearsals, subject to change.
REHEARSAL CONFLICTS
Although many of you noted your rehearsal conflicts on your audition forms – please take a moment to review your schedules and email me with any conflicts you may have from January 16th through March 19th. Please send your conflicts to me no later than Friday, December 30th.
SCORES/SCRIPTS/CDS
Scores/Scripts and CDs of the show can be purchased directly from Richard Rames before our first rehearsal on January 16th. Please email him directly at rrames@konikoff.com to arrange a time to pick up a score and/or cd. The cost is $5 for a script/score. Scores/scripts and CDs will also be available at our first rehearsal and once paid for are yours to keep.
