Directions
The Conn Theater is located at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Nicollet Avenue, south of downtown Minneapolis.
Coming North or South on I-35W:
Follow Hwy I-35W to Minneapolis. As you near downtown Minneapolis, carefully follow the signs and take Hwy 94 heading west. Immediately, look for the Lyndale Avenue exit on your right. Take Lyndale Avenue heading left (south) until you reach Franklin Avenue. Turn left (east) on Franklin Avenue and continue until you reach Blaisdell / LaSalle Avenue. The parking lot and theater will be ahead of you, to your left.
Coming West or East on I-94:
Take the Lyndale Avenue exit and continue south until you reach Franklin Avenue. Turn left (east) on Franklin Avenue and continue until you reach Blaisdell / LaSalle Avenue. The parking lot and theater will be ahead of you, to your left.
Coming East on I-394:
Follow Hwy I-394 (Hwy 12 in the western suburbs) east until you near downtown Minneapolis. Exit on the Dunwoody Boulevard exit. Turn right (south) on Lyndale Avenue, making sure to stay in the middle lane. Continue on Lyndale Avenue south until you reach Franklin Avenue. Turn left (east) on Franklin Avenue and continue until you reach Blaisdell / LaSalle Avenue. The parking lot and theater will be ahead of you, to your left.
Parking
The Conn Theater shares a parking lot with Plymouth Congregational Church and there is free parking for all GSVLOC shows. Parking in this lot is not allowed in any spaces reserved for Jimmy Johns, Starbucks, or in spaces designated for specific church personnel.

The main lot, next to the building, fills quickly, but there is additional parking available in three nearby lots. One lot is kitty-corner to the main lot, on the southwest corner of Franklin and Blaisdell / LaSalle Avenues. A second lot is located immediately north of Plymouth Congregational Church, at the intersection of Groveland and Nicollet Avenues. A third, smaller lot is across from the Conn Theater space, on the east side of Nicollet Avenue.
Limited street parking around the Conn Theater and Plymouth Congregational Church is also available.
